Dr. Bo Bai is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Alpha Ladder Group, a Singapore-based green fintech group focused on creating a more inclusive and sustainable future. Alpha Ladder’s subsidiaries provide regulated financial services including a digital green exchange, payment, brokerage services, and end-to-end carbon Software-as-a-Service solutions. Through its offerings and business units, Alpha Ladder supports its clients throughout each step of their decarbonisation journeys in line with the principles of define, measure, mitigate, offset, certify, and finance.
Dr. Bai is also the Chairman and Founder of Asia Green Fund, an award-winning impact private equity firm with around to US$2.5 billion assets under management, focused on accelerating climate tech and sustainability pioneers at the forefront of Asia’s decarbonisation agenda.
Previously, Dr. Bai was a partner and managing director for Warburg Pincus from 2009-2016 where he led its investments in the energy, industrials, and business services sectors in Asia. He has also held senior leadership positions at global financial institutions such as First Reserve Corporation and Goldman Sachs.
Dr. Bai serves as an Investment Committee Member of Three Gorges Green Fund. Dr. Bai also serves as a Board Member of Elessent Cleantech (formerly Dupont Cleantech), Shanghai East Low Carbon Technology, Nanjing Baoying Gases, Beijing Capital Heating, Four Rivers Investment Management, Hosjoy, Low Carbon Environment, and AIPark. Previously, he served as a Board Member of HuiTongDa (9878.HK), Baosteel Gas, AAG Energy, Gulf Coast Energy Resources, and First Green Partners. Dr. Bai is also a founding member of the China Impact Investment Network (CIIN), and a member of ASPEN global leadership network.
Dr. Bai holds a BSc and an MSc in Modern Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, a degree certificate in the Financial Technology Option from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and a Ph. D. in Physics from MIT.

Meyer “Sandy” Frucher is the Vice Chairman of Alpha Ladder Group, where he is responsible for driving the company toward establishing an interconnected global carbon infrastructure network with national registries, trading, clearing platforms, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Prior to joining Alpha Ladder Group, Sandy helmed NASDAQ as Vice Chairman, leading the American multinational financial infrastructure technology provider and stock exchange provider for over 15 years. Sandy also served as Chairman and CEO of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and was a former board member of the World Federation of Exchanges. Sandy holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Jiashu is the Chief Financial Officer of Alpha Ladder Group, where she brings extensive financial expertise and sharp strategic insight to the role. Prior to joining the Group, she served as Investment Director at Asia Green Fund from 2016 to the present, focusing on green impact investments. In this role, she was responsible for managing a portfolio focused on green impact investments. Her work involved identifying and executing investments in a range of sustainable sectors, including new energy, advanced materials, and the circular economy. Her responsibilities extended beyond investment analysis and execution; she was heavily involved in the management of portfolio companies, providing hands-on guidance to ensure operational and financial success. This included regular review of financial statements, operational performance metrics, and the direct engagement with executive teams through board meetings and shareholder engagements. Additionally, she was instrumental in driving the financial analysis, strategic planning, and merger and acquisition (M&A) activities within the portfolio companies, contributing to value creation and successful exits.
Before her tenure at Asia Green Fund, Jiashu was a valued member of the Financial Transaction Advisory Division at Ernst & Young. Her involvement in numerous domestic and international M&A deals across various industries, including finance, healthcare, and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), has honed her skills in complex financial transactions and deal structuring.
Jiashu also worked at Ernst & Young in the audit division, where she was involved in the annual financial audits and IPO audits for financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and futures firms. This experience helped her develop a strong foundation in rigorous financial knowledge and a solid understanding of risk management.
Jiashu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the prestigious School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University, one of China’s top universities. She furthered her academic credentials by earning a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Paris, one of the world’s top ten business schools. Her educational background, combined with her extensive professional experience, makes her a well-rounded and insightful leader in both financial strategy and sustainable investment.
Summer Yu

Summer Yu is the Group Chief Compliance Officer of Alpha Ladder Group, a Singapore-headquartered digital finance group committed to building sustainable and inclusive financial infrastructure across payments, FX, and digital assets. She brings over two decades of experience in global compliance, licensing, and financial crime risk management, with a proven track record of enabling safe, scalable, and regulatorily sound growth.
Before joining Alpha Ladder, Summer was Group Head of Compliance at Aspire, where she set up the global compliance and financial crime compliance (FCC) function from scratch. She designed and implemented a multi-jurisdictional framework covering payments, cards, credit, and investment products, and served as Executive Director of Aspire’s Singapore CMS entity and Hong Kong MSO entity. At Aspire, she played a critical role in uplifting the entire Regulatory and FCC framework, enhancing governance, systems, and operational capacity to support Aspire’s rapid growth and international expansion.
Prior to Aspire, Summer was Global Head of Compliance for ByteDance’s payments business, where she advised on group-wide regulatory and AML frameworks across 200+ operational countries and ensured global standards were applied in diverse jurisdictions. She also built the global compliance team from single digits to more than 200 professionals, providing the foundation for ByteDance’s international payments and digital finance ambitions.
At PayPal China, Summer was the PBOC-approved Vice General Manager and Chief Compliance Officer, leading the landmark effort that secured the first payment license ever granted by the People’s Bank of China to a foreign-owned entity.
Earlier in her career, Summer spent more than a decade at HSBC in senior risk and compliance leadership roles, where she oversaw wealth management, investment advisory, and capital markets compliance. She helped HSBC launch its first Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor (QDII) product in China and supervised the compliance of structured notes, dual-currency investments (DPS), capital-protected instruments (CPI), and other complex investment vehicles.
Summer holds a Master’s degree from Macquarie University. She has extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, safeguarding, and operational resilience frameworks, with direct experience applying requirements under MAS PSA/CMS, HK SFC, AU AUSTRAC, Canada FINTRAC, UK FCA, EU DNB and BI, US FinCEN and SEC, Indonesia BI, Philippines BSP, and China PBOC. Her professional focus also covers consumer duty, market integrity, crypto custody, tokenisation of real-world assets (RWA), cross-border payments, and digital investment products.
At Alpha Ladder Group, she leverages this global compliance expertise and strategic insight to lead the Group’s compliance function, ensuring the company continues to innovate responsibly while maintaining its leadership in digital finance.
